Many verses in the Quran are an incitement to terrorism. They need to be removed, especially in countries where Islam is a minority religion.

Maybe something needs to be added as well. The Quran is clear that adultery is a No No , specifying 100s of lashes for adulterers . But it seems that it is OK for a married man to have sex with any number of unmarried women. viz the harems of old. Also if a man gets bored with his wife, he can take another one. Also non-Moslem females (especially teenagers) are fair game for rape gangs of young Moslem men.
A new law is required to enforce the New Quran. The law could also include the following:-

YES – We can we bring peace to Earth? But it will need changes in religious texts and a lot of divine intervention
Here are some things that need to be done
1 to 3 are political issues, 4 is for individuals, 5 is a problem – To abridge Religious texts to eliminate passages that promote discord. This is difficult but not impossible.
The Quran includes many verses, particularly in the first chapter that take ‘Hate Speech’ to a new level. The message is clear that a good muslem cannot be friends with a non-believer and should fight/kill those that do not of the faith. Calling for the elimination of verses in the Quran, that promote discord, is not Racist. On the contrary it will promote racial harmony especially in the West, where Islam is a minority religion.
The cleaning up of the Quran should start in the countries where Islam is the minority religion. An abridged Quran in English needs to be developed to exclude the 80+ verses that promote terrorism and repression. Verses to go include those attacking sexual preferences, subjecting women, requiring good muslims to kill disbelievers etc.
In fact there are only two verses that could be construed as anti-homosexuality. The are no verses about relations between women, as Lesbianism was not considered a thing in the olden days.
The New Quran should be put into the many languages. Individual countries should over time legislate that only the New Quran may be used in public places. Muslim leaders/public servants/imans who refused to use the New Quran should be dismissed, deported or put under house arrest, if they have no other country. The laws should be enforced by the army. The die-hard muslims will not go quietly.

Right now, children are being brain washed and suicide bombing or mass killings are the result.
In time muslim countries like Pakistan would be pressured into taking on the New Quran.
Stop the indoctrination and within a generation or two, people of different religions will be able to live in harmony.
